Police said Deauna Wooley was last seen at approximately 7:30 p.m. Tuesday and was wearing a white shirt and pink shorts.

The girl’s family explained that this is the first time she has run away, as there was no disturbance in the home.

Police immediately issued a be-on-the lookout alert for Wooley.

Officers said they spoke with a witness who stated that he saw Wooley with a male subject wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, talking at McTyre Park, located at 3501 SW 56th Ave., in West Park.

Police said witnesses indicated they later saw them walking northbound on Southwest 56th Avenue.

They said the park was searched again, with assistance from Broward Sheriff’s Office District personnel, but Wooley was not located.

Investigators said the area was continuously canvassed, including local plazas, stores, parks, and gas stations, with negative results.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to call Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-8477 or the Pembroke Park Police Department at 954-374-8639.
