That’s because police are accusing Josh Koren, identified by the network during his cable hits as the founder of Musketeer Capital Partners, of stalking a woman.

Koren, 38, of South Beach, was booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on charges of aggravated stalking and trespassing.

According to an arrest report from the Miami Beach Police Department, the investor, whose full name is Joshua Chad Koren, showed up at the woman’s apartment on West Avenue Monday evening with “extremely concerning items“ in a bag: ”two new dresses, two folding knives, a can of pepper spray and a (Sabre) stun gun.”

Police said he had already been trespassed from the building on Thursday after he went there and “caused a scene” to the point where the woman’s neighbor “was having a security system installed on her apartment due to (his) behavior.”

Investigators said after Koren showed up at the building in his blue Porsche 911 Carrera just before 7 p.m. and police were called about him trespassing, a witness flagged officers down and told them that Koren “was the guy stalking the victim.”

According to the MBPD report, Koren told police that he was “visiting his girlfriend” and was moving into her apartment.

Authorities said they interviewed the victim, who told officers that Koren “has been told multiple times to leave her alone, to the point where her workplace provided legal documentation to (him) to no longer bother or communicate with her.”

Police said that Koren “has continued to harass the victim from multiple phone numbers leaving messages as if the two are an item when they are not.”

Authorities said a search of Koren’s car revealed the aforementioned “concerning items,” which he said were “gifts” for the woman. Police said he claimed he had “every right” to be at the building because “his girlfriend” lived here.

Following his arrest, Koren remained at TGK on Tuesday with a bond listed as “to be set.”
