According to a Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office arrest report, deputies responded around 6:10 p.m. Monday to the 13000 block of Southwest 207th Avenue following reports about someone threatening to harm another person.

Investigators said the victim told deputies he was involved in an argument with Isaac Morejon regarding utilities being shut off.

During the argument, deputies said Morejon exposed his penis to the victim about three times before continuing the dispute.

They said Morejon then grabbed a rock from the ground and threw it toward the victim while the victim was on his property.

According to the report, the victim showed deputies a photo depicting Morejon exposing himself.

Morejon‘s arrest report states that he was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.

Jail records show he is facing one count each of throwing or shooting a deadly missile and indecent exposure.

As of Tuesday morning, Morejon was no longer listed in online Miami-Dade inmate records.
