FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — A landscaper was hospitalized late Thursday morning after being shocked by a live wire in Fort Lauderdale, first responders confirmed to Local 10 News.
According to Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue officials, the victim, who is in his 70s, was working in a tree in the 700 block of Northeast 15th Court when the incident occurred.
First responders transported the victim to Broward Health Medical Center as a trauma alert. His exact condition has not yet been released.
