Aaron Rosen joins Local 10 News to discuss ongoing turmoil between Cuba, U.S.

PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. — A tense standoff continued on Tuesday between the United States and Cuba.

The U.S. Department of Justice is expected to announce an indictment for Raul Castro sometime in the near future.

There are reports that announcement could come as soon as Wednesday.

Joining Local 10 News to discuss the ongoing situation was World Affairs Council of Miami President Aaron Rosen.
