BOCA RATON, Fla. — Dozens of chihuahuas of all ages have been brought to Tri-County Animal Rescue in hopes of starting a new life and finding a forever home.
For many of these dogs, it is the first time they have ever received medical care or appropriate attention. Paul Motz shared the conditions the animals were living in and what the rescue hopes this massive effort means for the dogs.
