FORT PIERCE, Fla. — An 18-year-old who was biking from Jacksonville to the Florida Keys has gone missing, authorities said.
Investigators with the St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office said Tuesday that Jasper Frohock was reported missing on Monday after last being seen in the 1900 block of Crestview Drive in Fort Pierce.
“Throughout his journey, he was traveling several miles each day by bicycle and camping overnight in a tent, often staying at local parks,” an SLCSO news release states.
Authorities said they don’t know where he currently is.
Frohock is described as white, 5-foot-8, weighing 150 pounds, with red hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information is asked to call the SLCSO at 772-462-7300 or, if they see Frohock and believe he is in immediate danger, 911.
