Video shows a 2-year-old boy underwater for about 15 minutes before his rescue from a house pool on Sunday morning in North Lauderdale, according to a city official.
Mike Sargis, the city of North Lauderdale manager, said a Ring surveillance camera recorded the video at a house along Pebble Beach Road, near McNab Road.

The toddler was at the Broward Health Medical Center, and his condition was critical, according to Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies.
“The last we heard, the child was in very grave condition,” Sargis wrote in the statement.
