DANIA BEACH, Fla. — Spirit Airlines’ headquarters campus in Dania Beach has been sold to an affiliate of Boston-based hedge fund Hill City Capital for $93.25 million, officials confirmed Friday morning.

The campus was sold through bankruptcy court in an auction won by the Hill City affiliate, according to a filing in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in New York.

Spirit Airlines abruptly shut down operations May 2 during its second bankruptcy filing.
