2 injured in Fort Lauderdale stabbing, police say

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Two people were hospitalized after a stabbing late Tuesday night in Fort Lauderdale, police said.

Fort Lauderdale police responded at about 9:45 p.m. to the 2900 block of NW 18th Street, where officers found two adult victims.

Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue transported both victims to Broward Health Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries, according to officials.

Preliminary information indicates the victims were involved in a dispute with a known suspect, police said.

The incident remains under investigation. No one is in custody.
