BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. — Broward County Animal Care is seeking a loving and permanent home for Madre and other furry friends.

Madre, who was described by staff members on Thursday as a “sweetheart,” has been at the the shelter since January.

They said she has a great energy and was brought to the shelter after being used for breeding by her previous owners.

Staff members said Madre would do best with an active, young family who has a lot of energy.
