Members of the South Florida community, along with staff members of American Red Cross and Florida, Power & Light gathered together over the weekend to help paint a mural that will help raise funds for those impacted by Hurricane Ian.

Kyle Holbrook Pays Tribute to Kobe Bryant and Black History Month With Overtown Mural
Its the first day of Black History [Month]; Kobe is a legend and a part of black history, Holbrook says. A Pittsburg native, Holbrook has been transforming the walls of communities into murals depicting local and national histories for years. In 2002, Holbrook founded the nonprofit Moving the Lives of Kids Community Mural Project (MLK Mural). The local community comes out to contribute to the new Kobe Bryant memorial mural in Overtown.
