Utah prosecutors to seek death penalty for suspect in Charlie Kirk assassination
Utah prosecutors said Tuesday they will seek the death penalty against Tyler Robinson, 22, who is accused of fatally shooting conservative activist Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University.
