Numerous showers and thunderstorms are developing across South Florida on Tuesday afternoon.
Some storms could be severe with damaging wind gusts and flooding. An isolated tornado and hail are also possible. The highest threat is from 4-9 p.m. After 9 p.m., lighter rain may linger in spots.
More showers and thunderstorms will likely develop on Wednesday, especially in the afternoon. It may not be as widespread as Tuesday, but an isolated storm still could be strong. High temperatures will be in the upper 80s. We will be drier to end the work week as temperatures warm back to 90 degrees again.
