Spicy tuna tartare

Ingredients:
8 ounces Sushi Grade A Tuna, ¼ inch dice
2 tablespoons fresh pineapple, 1/8 inch dice
1-2 teaspoons of your favorite chili paste or sriracha
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons roasted, salted, peanuts, crushed
1 tablespoon roughly chopped cilantro
2 teaspoons soy sauce

Directions:
Combine all ingredients together.
