1 cup almond milk

2 large handfuls raw spinach

1/2  medium or 3/4 small apple

1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter

1-2 teaspoons honey


  • Blend almond milk with spinach until smooth and no leafy chunks remain
  • Add apples and peanut butter, blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste, if not sweet enough, add honey to taste.
  • Pour into popsicle molds, add sticks, freeze.
  • Enjoy as breakfast, snack, or dessert!



    Berry Creamy and Delicious


    1 cup fresh blueberries

    ½ cup water

    2-3 tablespoons honey, divided

    5 or 6 strawberries, sliced

    1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt


  • Combine blueberries, water, and 1 tablespoon honey in small saucepan
  • Bring to simmer over medium high heat, cook mixture stirring frequently until it thickens, about 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let cool.
  • In a small bowl combine 1 tablespoon honey with the yogurt, mix well, taste. If not sweet enough add additional honey.
  • Drop a spoonful of yogurt into each popsicle mold, follow with a spoon of blueberry "sauce", tap to get air bubbles out, add another small spoon of yogurt, add sliced berries pushing them into the yogurt, continue to layer and tap cooked fruit, yogurt, and sliced berries until popsicle molds are full.
  • Add sticks, freeze.
  • Enjoy as breakfast, snack, or dessert!
  • *Variations:   Try different kinds of seasonal fruits, raw or cooked. Layer with granola. Substitute vanilla yogurt for plain
