12 ounces egg noodles
5 eggs, beaten lightly
¾ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pound sour cream
8 ounces cottage cheese
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
¾ cup raisins, add a little boiling water to soften, then drain
¼ cup butter
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cook the noodles al dente in salted water according to package instructions, drain.
In a food processor, mix together the eggs, sugar and vanilla, sour cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese and pineapple.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and fold in the noodles. Fold in the raisins.
Place the mixture into a square 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish. Dot the top with the butter.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set.
