Serves 2-4

14 ounces Sushi grade A tuna

¼ cup Wakamie salad

2 tablespoons yellow onion, 1/8 inch diced

2 teaspoons chili oil

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1½ tablespoons sesame oil

Instructions

 

Mix all together and serve over ice.
