How to celebrate Thanksgiving with Chef Michelle Bernstein's style
2 of SoFlo Taste shows feature 7 holiday recipes
MIAMI – With Thanksgiving approaching, Chef Michelle Bernstein was serving some fun "Nuevo Latino" options.
During a recent SoFlo Taste episode, she invited fellow James Beard award-winning Chef Douglas Rodriguez -- better known as the godfather of "Nuevo Latino" cuisine -- to this week's SoFlo Taste.
The two shared four of their favorite recipes: The Cranberry Lime Salsa, The Chorizo Cornbread Stuffing for Turkey, the Swiss Chard Gratin and the Crispy Smashed Potatoes.
During Saturday's SoFlo Taste, Bernstein also featured three of her favorites: The Roast Turkey by Michelle Bird-Stein, the Roasted Sweet Potato Mash/Casserole and the Pumpkin Bread Pudding.
