1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon crushed red chili flake
1 bunch chives, sliced thin
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Whisk together all ingredients until well combined. Taste for seasoning.
