Stray dogs overrun streets in Cuba

SANCTI SPIRITUS: A stray dog sleeps on the ground in the city, where stray dogs are common. The Escambray newspaper reports that a man named Santos Suarez takes care of about 50 dogs at his Asilo Canino de Sancti Spiritus.
