LeAnn Rimes is bringing Christmas to South Florida early. The country music singer is making a stop in Fort Lauderdale at 8 p.m. Saturday as part of her "Today is Christmas Tour."
Tickets range in price from $44.50-$69.50.
Movies
James Franco, brother Dave Franco and Seth Rogan reunite for the comedy drama "The Disaster Artist." Directed by James Franco, the film chronicles the making of the 2003 movie "The Room," widely considered one of the worst movies ever made.

Sports
Although the Hurricanes are in Charlotte to take on Clemson for the Atlantic Coast Conference championship, there is still plenty of football to be played in South Florida.
FAU (9-3) hosts North Texas in the Conference USA Championship game this Saturday at noon. The Owls have won eighth in a row after a 1-3 start.
At the same time, FIU (7-4) hosts UMass in a replacement game that was lost earlier in the season because of Hurricane Irma.
Last but not least, the Dolphins (4-7) host the Denver Broncos (3-8) this Sunday at 1 p.m. Miami is looking to snap its five-game losing streak.
Entertainment
The Riptide Music Festival returns to the beach in Fort Lauderdale this weekend.
Cage the Elephant, Weezer, KC & the Sunshine Band, Salt N Pepa and Lou Gramm of Foreigner are just some of the performers scheduled to take the stage for the two-day beach bash.
