PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. – A man remains behind bars in Charlotte County, accused of entering a neighbor's bedroom and touching her while she slept.
The 36-year-old woman called the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office early Friday morning to report that an unknown man had touched her while she was sleeping.

Deputies said she claimed she woke as "a cold hand was touching me" on her inner thigh. She said the man got into her home through a rear window.
Hours later, the victim was sitting on her front porch. That's when deputies said Salvatore Louise Pascucci, 26, walked up and said he wanted to apologize. She got scared, ran into her house and called 911.
Deputies arrived and arrested Pascucci. Pascucci said he thought the victim "was pretty" and that he "wanted to be her boyfriend." Deputies said Pascucci also revealed he has a foot fetish and touched the victim's feet several times, then her breast over her shirt and her inner thigh.
Pascucci is charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling with battery. He remains at the Charlotte County Jail.
