In the May 6 crime, police said a man was wearing a straw hat, sunglasses and a handkerchief over his mouth when he pulled a gun and demanded oxycodone pills and money from the Generic USA Pharmacy.
Police said the same robber left the Integra Rx Pharmacy empty-handed after an employee in a secure area pulled a gun and told him to leave.
BSO said several leads led them to arrest Garrett Savoy, 23, and Nicholas Sanchez, 17, on Sept. 27.
Police said Savoy robbed the stores while Sanchez acted as getaway driver.
Both suspects face charges of armed robbery, false imprisonment and aggravated assault. Savoy is being held at the BSO Main Jail, and Sanchez is in juvenile detention.
