MIAMI – It's a new trend in the culinary world: pop-up restaurants.
Phuc Yea! is Miami's first Vietnamese pop-up restaurant.

The restaurant, which is currently located inside the Ingraham building at 19 SE Second Ave., will only be around for two months before it moves to another location.
"Everything is fresh, but at the same time, we want to keep you excited," said Aniece Meinhold, creator of Phuc Yea!.
The menu changes weekly but has included items such as grilled lemongrass chicken, whole crispy snapper, crispy duck confit and seared Spanish mackerel.
The restaurant is open Tuesday through Saturday 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
