Construction was expected to begin Monday night after crews will set out cones blocking an outside lane in both directions of I-95 from the Golden Glades and Griffin Road. Eventually, one lane will be added in each direction of the 13-mile stretch.
The lanes will be closed from 9 p.m. through 5 a.m., Monday through Thursday, for the next several weeks.
