At one time, the Grand Bay Hotel was considered the finest hotel in all of South Florida.
It was built in 1983 and was home to the famed Regine's Nightclub on the top floor. Local 10 News rented out Regine's for its holiday party on more than one occasion.
But like the famed Mutiny Hotel a few doors away, the Grand Bay is coming down to make way for new condominiums.
