2. You must be 18 years or older to win and a resident of the State of Florida. This contest is subject to all federal, state, or local laws. All federal, state, or other taxes arising from this contest are the winner's responsibility and will not be paid by WPLG-TV or Local10.com.
3. The contest starts, 6/24/13 and ends 6/28/12.
4. The contest is sponsored by Local10.com.
5. Employees of WPLG-TV and Local10.com, involved in this contest, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries or agencies are not eligible to participate.
6. One winner will receive Roundtrip coach airfare for two from Miami/Fort Lauderdale area to Cancun, Mexico; with a four (4) day / three (3) night trip for 1 winner and 1 guest to Cancun, Mexico, on dates until 6/24/2014 ("Trip"), consisting of the following elements: Hotel accommodations at the Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort in Cancun (one standard room/double occupancy, including room tax) for three (3) nights. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $2,500, which will vary depending upon point of departure and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner's responsibility, including but not limited to: round trip transportation between the winner's residence and any airport of origin, round-trip transportation between winner's residence and the hotel if winner resides at Cancun, Mexico, fax, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, souvenirs and telephone calls. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions, blackout dates and Sponsor's approval. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply.
Travel must be made through Sponsor's agent and Sponsor shall determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Releases are not responsible for airline cancellations or delays. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Any depiction of prize is for illustrative purposes only.
Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable, except it is transferable to a surviving spouse residing in the same household. No substitution allowed except, at Administrator's sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. Administrator will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, certificates or prize. Prize elements may not be separated. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
7. Winners will be determined by Local 10 administrators after looking at all the picture/description entries. The entry judged to be "most deserving of a vacation getaway" by Local 10 administrators will be declared the winner.
8. The winner will be selected on 6/28/2013.
9. WPLG-TV and Local10.com their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries or agencies are not liable for any losses, injuries or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance of and/or participation in prizes.
10. Entrants may receive the name of the winner after Monday, 7/1/13 by sending a self addressed stamped envelope to: WPLG-TV, 3401 West Hallandale Beach Blvd, Pembroke Park, FL 33137 - ATTN: "Give Me A Break". Winners will be required to execute forms prior to receiving any prize, releasing WPLG-TV, Post-Newsweek Station, Inc., their parent, affiliates, subsidiaries or agencies from any or all liabilities. Non-compliance with these rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
11. Winners will be required to fill out an IRS 1099 form. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
