Judge postpones murder trial in missing student case

Pedro Bravo accused of killing Christian Aguilar

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Fort the fourth time, a judge postponed the murder trial of a teenager accused of killing a University of Florida student.

Pedro Bravo, 19, appeared in court with his attorney. He's accused of killing Christian Aguilar.

A judge granted permission for the case to be pushed back because Bravo's attorney had not started taking the deposition of witnesses. 

Aguilar went missing in September 2012.  His body was found in the woods 60 miles outside of Gainesville in Cedar Key on October 17, 2012. 

Bravo is facing multiple charges for Aguilar's death, including premeditated murder, kidnapping, poisoning food or water, tampering with physical evidence and providing false reports to law enforcement authorities.
