MIAMI – Police arrested a 23-year-old man accused of exposing himself to a girl more than once.
Police charged Jeremy Justin Julien with two counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition on a child.

The girl was walking home from Miami Northwestern Senior High in the area of Northwest 10th Avenue and 60th Street on Sept. 12 when she noticed a maroon colored Honda driving around her several times, police said.
She then saw Julien expose himself to her, according to an incident report. The girl ran away and called for help.
Police said Julien had done this before to the same victim.
