London calling for fliers at FLL

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – London is calling for fliers at Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood Int'l Airport (FLL).

Norwegian Air is now offering round-trip flights from FLL to London-Gatwick Int'l Airport (LGW) on its website.

The flights will happen twice a week.

"There's great demand for high quality flights at a low fare between the UK and the U.S., particularly to and from London Gatwick, where no other airline currently offers these routes," said Norwegian's CEO Bjørn Kjos. 

The flights begin on July 4, 2014 and appear to cost between $700 and $1,000 round trip.
