DAVIE, Fla. – The Miami Dolphins saga involving locker room bullying or harassment has taken another turn.
ESPN's Chris Mortensen reported Thursday that offensive lineman Richie Incognito has filed a grievance against the Dolphins challenging his indefinite suspension from the team.

Mortensen says that Incognito filed a non-football injury grievance. Article 43 of the NFL's collective bargaining agreement states that a player can only be suspended for conduct detrimental to a team for four weeks plus an additional game check.
The Dolphins suspended Incognito on Nov. 3 without ever giving an end date.
According to ESPN, Incognito will lose $1,276,470.59 if calculated by the CBA.
All non-injury grievances are heard by a neutral arbitrator and ESPN says that Incognito has asked for an expedited hearing.
