MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – Two suspects were taken into custody Friday after opening fire at undercover detectives conducting a drug investigation, police said.
Miami-Dade police said the suspects spotted the undercover detectives inside their unmarked vehicles and opened fire.

One of the detectives fired back, and the suspects ran, police said.
Two suspects were taken into custody, while a third person was detained for questioning.
Police said a gun used in the shootout was recovered.
No injuries were reported.
