Missing 92-year-old man may be heading to Ga., Miami-Dade police say

Police: James Hicks suffers from beginning stages of memory loss

MIAMI – Miami-Dade police are asking for the public's help in finding a 92-year-old man who may be driving to Georgia.

James Hicks was last seen at his home at 218th Avenue and S.W. 352nd Street at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, according to police.

Police said Hicks left his home in his beige 1998 Ford F-150 pickup truck with an extended cab with Georgia license plate AIK1922.

Hicks suffers from the beginning stages of memory loss, Miami-Dade police said.

Miami-Dade police described Hicks as a black man who is 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 165 pounds, bald and has brown eyes.
