MIAMI – Hundreds lined up early Monday to get their hands on a piece of Miami Heat history.
The team handed out light pole banners featuring members of the team, and the supply was given away within one hour.

The banners, which are 8 feet in length by 3 feet wide, hung outside the AmericanAirlines Arena and Biscayne Boulevard throughout the 2013-14 season.
Banners were distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies lasted.
At 5 a.m., more than 300 people had already lined in hopes of taking home a banner.
Unfortunately, those who arrived late probably missed out as the Heat tweeted around 11 a.m. that they had given away the entire allotment of banners.
