Bus had ad for accident attorneys

WILTON MANORS, Fla. – Six people were taken to a hospital Monday after a Broward County bus collided with a Jeep on Northeast 26th Street in Wilton Manors.

Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue Deputy Chief Timothy Heiser said five people in the Broward County Transit bus and one in the Jeep were taken to two area hospitals.

Several others were treated at the scene but refused transport.

Sky 10 was in the air as damage could be seen to the front driver's side of the bus and front passenger side of the Jeep.

At least the passengers on the bus didn't have to go far for help.

An advertisement on the side of the bus listed accident attorneys Miller & Jacobs at 954-INJURED.

Heiser said none of the injuries were life-threatening.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
