MIAMI – "Dwyane would kill me if I told any secrets about the wedding," said Dwyane Wade's new wife, actress Gabrielle Union.
But some of those secrets are already out.
Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union tied the knot in front of 200 guests at a $13 million castle in the Redlands on Saturday.
Guests started flooding Instagram Saturday afternoon posting pre-wedding pictures. Wade's teammate Chris Bosh and his wife, comedian Kevin Hart, Donte Stallworth and the Miami Heat's DJ Irie were expected to be in attendance. The men dressed in formal black and the women were in white.
According to Gossip Extra, John Legend was expected to serenade the couple.
Security was reportedly so tight, guests were told to plan for 30 minutes to make it inside. TMZ obtained a note attached to the wedding invitation saying photo IDs were required and no cameras or cell phones were allowed.
To prevent wedding crashers or pesky paparazzi, the massive mansion is protected by a moat.
So what is the wedding price tag? $5 million, according to Gossip Extra. They also report that the ceremony was to be officiated by Union's best friend, actress Essence Atkins.
The wedding reportedly had custom-made chairs covered with black crocodile skin and napkins with the couples' initials on them.
Specialty themed bars and food suspended from long wooden pallets.
Leading up to the big day, the couple spent the week with friends and family partying on a yacht and enjoying their rehearsal dinner.
Union posted photos of those festivities, labeling them: "#TheWadeUnion."
