Miami man proposes to girlfriend in Central Park flash mob

NEW YORK – A Miami man went above and beyond to pop the question to his longtime girlfriend over the weekend: a flash mob in the middle of a crowded Central Park.

Philip Leone and Rachel Hejmanowski met while living in upstate New York, but now live in Miami. During a visit to New York City over the weekend, Leone recruited the help of students at Julliard to make it all possible.

Hejmanowski thought she was just watching the flash mob, but when one of the dancers pulled her and Leone up on stage, it became clear she was becoming a part of it. Leone got down on one knee as Bruno Mars' "Marry You" played for the crowd.
