Miami-Dade police recover thousands of dollars in stolen property

Detectives searching for victims in Kendall area

MIAMI – Detectives with the Miami-Dade Police Department's Kendall District are being credited with recovering thousands of dollars worth of stolen items within the area.

Detectives also arrested multiple people in the burglary sting. On Sept. 2, Blanco Osorio and Andy Hernandez-Barthelemy were both charged with grand theft and burglary after detectives recovered landscaping equipment and miscellaneous hand tools.

On Sept. 12, Pablo Cesar Ortiz, Cristian Quiroz-Hernandez and Raudel Del Torro Mejas were arrested in an unrelated burglary where jewelry was recovered.

Now police want to locate the victims to give them their property back.

Anyone who believes they may have been targeted by these men are urged to come forward with their individual case report number and attempt to identify some of the items on display.
