Man says driver of Ford Focus speeding when accident occurred

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – One person was rushed to the hospital after a crash involving four vehicles in northwest Miami-Dade County on Monday morning.

One of the drivers involved, Tony Obligacion, told Local 10 News he was behind the wheel of a Grand Caravan when he saw a four-door Ford Focus speeding down Northwest 118th Avenue at Okeechobee Road.

"The vehicle is doing like 70, 80 mph," said Obligacion. "I saw it coming, pulled over to the left as much as I could and the next thing I know it slams into everybody."
