Dolphin Mall expansion to bring 5 new restaurants, more parking

First phase expected to be complete at end of month

MIAMI – The first phase of expansion and renovations to the Dolphin Mall is expected to be completed at the end of the month.

An expansion to the mall will bring five new restaurants and more parking to the mall, which first opened in 2001.

When the first phase is completed, there will be 360 new parking spaces and improved access to the valet parking area.

The second phase creates 850 new spaces and adds a second valet location to serve the new restaurants. Construction begins in January and will be completed in the fall.

Among the restaurants slated to open next year are Brio Tuscan Grille, Burger & Beer Joint, Cabo Flats and Kona Grill.
