DORAL, Fla. – Two suspects in the fatal stabbing of another man during a 2012 drug deal have been arrested.

Alexander Pena, 35, of Miami Gardens, and Renell Jones, 41, of Frederick, Maryland, were arrested on murder charges.

Miami-Dade police said Pena and Jones stabbed Michael Garcia, 33, during a fight at a southwest Miami-Dade County home in July 2012.

During an interview with detectives, Pena admitted to setting up the drug deal and driving there with Jones, but he declined to say what happened inside the home, police said.
