MIAMI – A 19-year-old man who was last seen in early October has been found safe, Miami-Dade police said Tuesday evening.
Juancarlito Rodriguez, who is mentally challenged, was last seen by his caretaker at 11 p.m. Oct 2 in the 28200 block of SW 141st Place.
