The bomb squad was called after the pressure cooker was found next to a dumpster outside Yeshiva Elementary School on Carlyle Avenue.

Rabbi Yisroel Moshe Janowski said all the children from the front of the school were moved to the back while the bomb squad inspected the pressure cooker.
