BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. – Deputies are searching for a man who snatched an elderly woman's necklace off her neck outside a grocery store in Boynton Beach.
The robbery happened Thursday at a Publix in the 6000 block of Boynton Beach Boulevard.

Deputies said the man ran up on the woman while she was placing her groceries inside the trunk of her car.
Surveillance cameras captured the thief running to a waiting four-door gray or silver Acura.
Anyone with information about the identity of the robber is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-458-TIPS.
