Argument leads to shooting in Miramar

1 injured after shots fired


MIRAMAR, Fla. – One person was injured after an argument led to a shooting Thursday in Miramar.

The shooting occurred at 2310 State Road 7.

According to police, the argument began between a group of people, shots were fired and one person was struck.

The shooting victim was taken to Memorial Regional Hospital. That person's condition is unknown at this time.

Police said they stopped a vehicle in which several people believed to have been involved in the shooting were traveling. It's unclear whether those people were arrested.
