Crocs might make for comfortable footwear, but they're not much for covering one's tracks.
Police in Alaska said that tread marks left by a pair of Crocs plastic shoes helped them find a burglary suspect, according to an Associated Press report.

The suspect, 22-year-old Roland Huntington Grace, apparently wore the shoes again during a police interview, according to court documents cited by The AP.
Earlier this restaurant, a business, a church and an art gallery reported thefts in the range of $5 to $1,000. Two of the items matching descriptions of jewelry taken from the art gallery were recovered from Grace by authorities, The AP story said.
