When deputies arrived, the man said he and Judith St. Clair got into an argument about money. He said St. Clair pushed him several times, so he went out to the balcony and yelled to his neighbors for help.

St. Clair was arrested on charges of elderly abuse and resisting arrest after she fought with deputies as they took her into custody, Herrin said.
