Judith St. Clair faces charges of elderly abuse and resisting arrest.

MARATHON, Fla. – A 59-year-old Marathon woman was arrested Thursday night, accused of assaulting a 90-year-old man.

Monroe County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Becky Herrin said deputies received a call from neighbors about a domestic dispute.

When deputies arrived, the man said he and Judith St. Clair got into an argument about money. He said St. Clair pushed him several times, so he went out to the balcony and yelled to his neighbors for help.

St. Clair was arrested on charges of elderly abuse and resisting arrest after she fought with deputies as they took her into custody, Herrin said.
