According to police, Millsap met the teenager while she was a student in his wife's class, and she babysat his kids on two occasions.
According to the arrest report, Millsap told the teen that she was "gorgeous" and said that he wanted to engage in multiple sex acts with her.
Police said, at some point, Millsap sent text messages to the victim saying, "Soon you'll be 18," and, "Question...do you like that I am older than you?"
Police were notified by the parents of the victim and continued communication with Millsap. Officers then set up a sting where they claim Millsap intended to meet the teen to have sex in the backseat of his car.
Instead he was met by police.
Millsap was arrested and charged with traveling to meet a minor, soliciting a minor using a computer and transmitting information harmful to minors.
