DAVIE, Fla. – Two people were injured after a crash Wednesday morning in Davie.
The crash was reported about 7:30 a.m. at University Drive northbound approaching the Davie Road extension.

A Davie Fire Rescue representative said two vehicles were involved in the crash.
Both drivers were taken to a nearby hospital. Authorities said one of the drivers had to be extricated from their car.
The conditions of the drivers has not been released.
All roads in the area were reopened by 10:30 a.m.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
